The dental work itself was acceptable — although at my last appointment I left with a chipped crown after pulling the tooth next to it. The finance aspect is far worse. Had a partial made and received. The bill wasn’t received until 14 months later – what business can afford to wait that long to process invoices??? I paid half the bill due to fixed income. A month later I receive a letter threatening me with collections. The letter received stated that previous attempts had been made to resolve this matter but have been unsuccessful. I don’t understand how since the first bill I received was in January in 2026. I am very careful with my mail/bills and work to keep my credit rating in excellent standings. I don’t appreciate the implications of the letter received. I will say that after the appointment with the chipped crown, I changed dentists and am very happy with my choice. I can only hope they do something to improve the financial end of their business for the rest of their customers.
