At my last appointment Dr. Han refused to look at me or talk to me. He stood in front of me and only talked to a technician as a go between.
After “finishing” my braces, he refused to believe that the changes he made to my teeth left me biting the tip of my tongue was a problem
He told me I would get used to it.
At my last appointment I told the technician the retainer Dr. Han had refused to modify at a previous appointment had worn away part of my tooth.
After asking the technician “why is she (me) even here,” Dr. Han did not look in my mouth and had the technician make me watch a video about dental upkeep.
